    No proper from service. Hotels are far off. No lift to second floor. Telephone not working in the room. Parking ok. Hospitality good. No wash soap i'm bath room. Overall average experience.

    I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and loved it. My stay was comfortable and affordable. I booked a premium room which is on the 3rd floor and the view from the room was very beautiful and scenic. Caretaker mr. Antony is a very nice and helpful person. Service was also good. There's no lift but it is not that difficult to take stairs. They have a very big dining hall but there's no in-hotel restaurant although you can order tea/coffee. It is 2. 4 kms from the bus stand and very near to the botanical garden.

    Fabulous stay. The deluxe room (201) had a lovely view and everything worked perfectly. The hosts jacob and antony were very nice and friendly. Not giving 5 because location is 1. 5kms from the nearest bazaar and charring cross, and the residency does not have in house food. Autos will cost 150rs to the closest main area, which is a 25 min walk.

    "my stay was excellent, and i thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, i feel that the management could improve in terms of attentiveness and politeness. While they were not unpleasant, a bit more warmth and professionalism would enhance the overall experience"

    Good view, but no on hotel restaurant. You can see view from the room itself. Staffs are helpful and they provide hot water when needed.

    Room size is ok. Furniture and other items are old and not mentained properly. Paying 2 k for one night not worth it. Location is very close to mysore palace and other places in walkable distance. Except one small soap nothing was provided. We managed everything from our own. Even no water was given. Overall i would say it is not worth paying 2k for this room.
